We liked this budget hotel.

Clean hotel with great views, we think it's an excellent home base for staying in Kissimmee.

Everything was great - updated rooms and marvellous breakfasts. The fast check-in along with the WELCOMING staff.

Early check-in and beautifully maintained room. The buffet breakfast was generous and I enjoyed it. Affable and professional staff who were always there to help.

Loved that the hotel was amazing, comfortable decor in the rooms. Continental breakfast with plenty of good meals to choose from.

Hotel is convenient, and fairly clean, there's very clean pool and the location is perfect next to the turnpike.

The rooms were non-smoking, the pool was lovely, lovely place. I loved the room with a jetted tub, the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were very rude.

Interesting hotel, I loved my stay here. Great service was provided too.

Would stay here again when in Kissimmee, it was a perfectly pleasant stay. Really handy location, room is romantic and well-trained stuff.

Pretty much what I expected: romantic hotel, well priced. Individual and airy room with extremely comfy beds. Had tropical drinks in the salad bar in the evening.

Chic hotel, simply perfect location and hospitable service. Large bedroom with a luxury bathroom. The staff were happy to help, every need of guests is catered for. Walking distance to the beautiful beach.

Spotless place, great value for money. Quiet setting in the cute little area. Everything was lovely, warm enough and reasonably large room. The pool was excellent and the garden — small.

Nice beach, good pool, cool hotel! Made to order breakfast with breads, jam, fruit and eggs was delightful. I appreciated the new area and brilliant location.

Disgusting bathroom.

Food was so much delicious, room was great sized, loved the extremely spacious bathroom. I had a very comfy bed for great sleep. Absolutely perfect location to Fish Lake.

I loved my outstanding stay. Fair and reasonably clean hotel with modern design. The staff was lovely friendly and also were easily accessible. The location was secure and the view was unbelievable, too. Restaurant was cozy and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was outstanding, the hotel was silent and fairly clean. Room had a large bathroom that we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were soft and the staff was cooperative. A fantastic beach, particularly good view.

I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and truly wonderful. The staff did all they can for a good stay. Dinner and breakfast food was reasonably priced. The venue was in a very nice area. Also, it was 15 min drive from silver spur rodeo arena.

Very affordable hotel with responsive staff and I loved unbeatable location. They made my stay such wonderful. All in all everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless I had cramped bathroom. Breakfast was complimentary and had lots of food.

35 minutes' drive to the airport. it was definitely 3 stars for us.
